Sen. Istifanus D. Gyang has congratulated Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe on his emergence as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the party’s National Convention held in Abuja.
In a congratulatory message, the senator described Yilwatda’s emergence by consensus as a strong indication of the confidence and trust party members have in his leadership, intellect, and ability to reposition the APC for greater national impact.
Gyang noted that the new chairman’s track record of excellence, integrity, and commitment to national development places him in a strong position to lead the party at a critical time.
He also extended his congratulations to members of the newly constituted National Working Committee (NWC), describing their emergence as a significant step toward strengthening the party’s internal structures.
According to the senator, the new leadership has the responsibility of deepening internal democracy and promoting the ideals of good governance within the party.
He expressed optimism that the chairman and his team would provide the needed direction to foster unity, inclusiveness, and strategic growth within the APC.
Gyang further stated that the emergence of the new NWC offers an opportunity for renewed commitment among party members nationwide.
He urged the leadership to work collectively in building confidence among members and Nigerians at large.
The senator prayed for wisdom, strength, and grace for the new chairman and his team as they take on the responsibility of steering the affairs of the party.
He concluded by wishing them a successful tenure and greater achievements in advancing the party’s vision.
