Usiju World Event Centre was named Best Event Centre of the Year 2025 at the 11th Plateau Man of the Year Awards (PMYA 2025). The award celebrates the centre’s professionalism, quality service, and impact in hosting events in Plateau State.
The ceremony, held at Usiju World Event Centre, brought together leaders, guests, and awardees from across the state to honour people and institutions making a difference in the community.
CEO Mrs. Naomi Gadzama also won the CEO of the Year award, recognising her leadership in growing the centre and setting high standards in event management.
Speaking about her awards, Mrs. Gadzama said, “It’s great, it’s something that everybody is looking forward to, and I am so excited to be one of the recipients of the Plateau Man of the Year award, being the CEO of the year and also the best event centre in Plateau and in Nigeria and internationally.”
She praised the organisers for their hard work, saying, “My commendation to them is well done to them. I know it has not been easy to get to where they are today, and they should keep it up. They have done well.”
The awards show how good leadership and dedication can make a business or organisation successful, and how it can inspire others in Plateau State.
PMYA 2025 continues to recognise people and institutions who serve their community and make a positive difference, encouraging future leaders to follow their example.
