Dr. Bek Jang, FIPMA, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA), in recognition of his contributions to professionalism, leadership and organisational development.

The induction, which brought together distinguished guests, members of the Governing Council, fellows and associates of the institute, marks another milestone in Dr. Jang’s professional journey and commitment to excellence, integrity and service.

Speaking shortly after the induction, Dr. Bek Jang expressed gratitude to the Institute for recognising his professional journey, describing the fellowship as both an honour and a call to greater responsibility.

“This honour is a recognition not just of my personal journey, but of the values we all share here: excellence, integrity, professionalism and service. I thank the Council and the entire membership of IPMA for finding me worthy to join this esteemed body.”

Jang also acknowledged the contributions of his family, mentors, colleagues and teams, noting that their support had played a significant role in his achievement.

“To my family, mentors, staff, teammates and colleagues, thank you for the guidance, the tough feedback and the opportunities to grow. To my teams at Beajay Autos Carhire, HOTCOAL Basketball, 9ja Sports Outreach and North Central Basketball Challenge, your dedication and hard work inspire me every day. This achievement belongs to us.”

He particularly appreciated the support of his wife, Mercy Jang, describing her patience, prayers and sacrifices as an important part of his journey.

“Most especially, to my wife Mercy Jang, thank you for your patience, your unwavering support and your prayers. Behind every milestone is your love and sacrifice. This honour is as much yours as it is mine.”

The new Fellow pledged to use his position to promote professionalism and contribute to the development of young professionals.

“As a Fellow, I understand that this title comes with responsibility. I pledge to uphold the ethics of this Institute, contribute to capacity building, mentor young professionals and promote best practices in management and administration in all that I do.”
