Senator Istifanus D. Gyang has congratulated Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang on his emergence as Silverbird Governor of the Year, describing the recognition as well deserved and cheering news for Plateau State.

He noted that the award reflects the governor’s leadership impact, particularly in promoting peace and security, improving infrastructure in both urban and rural areas, and advancing transportation and human capital development.
“This honour, no doubt, celebrates the impact of your leadership and governance, commitment to peace and security, and progress in both urban and rural infrastructure, transportation, human capital development as exemplified by the sponsorship of many Plateau students to study in India, and much more,” he said.
Senator Gyang expressed optimism that the award would serve as motivation for greater accomplishments in office and further strengthen development efforts across the state.
