The Plateau Man of the Year Awards (PMYA) has announced plans to unveil its awardees ahead of the 11th edition of the prestigious ceremony scheduled for February 2026 in Jos.

The 2025 edition of the awards is a special one, marking both PMYA @ 11 and Plateau State @ 50, making it a landmark celebration of excellence, leadership, and service across the state.

Organisers said the unveiling will highlight individuals, women, and institutions whose outstanding contributions have positively impacted lives, communities, and development in Plateau State.

The awards ceremony is slated for Sunday, February 8, 2026, and will take place at the Usiju World Events Centre, Jos, with dignitaries and stakeholders from various sectors expected to attend.

This year’s theme, “The Convergence of Excellence – Building Legacies, Inspiring Generations,” underscores the vision of recognising lasting achievements while inspiring future leaders.

PMYA has, over the years, remained a credible platform for celebrating integrity, innovation, and transformative leadership within Plateau State.

Organisers assured that the 11th edition will be a grand event that reflects the rich legacy of Plateau State and showcases stories of excellence worth celebrating.
