While making the presentation at Shiphrah Private School, Roh Yow, Heipang, the Programmes Manager of the Foundation, Mr. Alpha Dali, who spoke on behalf of the Executive Director of the Foundation, Mrs. Lydia Dachung Musa Bagos, said the gesture was to spur the young Sunday Gyang Yohanna to aspire through education and become a leader in the next generation. Speaking to the delight of the other students at the school, he said education is a pivot upon which human development thrives. Hence, to empower the future, we must invest today. Master Gyang’s creativity attracts the offer, as the foundation is poised to support creativity, innovation, and ideas that will enhance self-development and provide solutions to the community’s challenges. The students of the school were challenged to see themselves as ambassadors of their generation and, thus, should not allow the seed of greatness God has imputed in them to die.
While appreciating the foundation, the proprietress and head of the primary section, Mrs. Lydia Jeremiah Bot, appreciated the foundation for the gesture. This for them as a school is indeed a huge blessing. The mother of the beneficiary, Mrs. Sarah Yohanna, who was emotional, praised the foundation’s gesture towards her son. She said this act will remain indelible in the hearts of the family.
The foundation also presented books to the entire school’s students and teachers in commemoration of the Children’s Day celebration.
