The Management of Jos Electricity Distribution Plc has announced a significant power outage affecting several areas in Jos, Plateau State, due to a major fault on the 33KV Anglo Jos feeder. The outage began yesterday evening and has impacted the following locations:
- Rantya
- State Low Cost
- Dilimi
- Murtala Mohammed Way
- Ahmadu Bello Way
- West of Mines
- Tafawa Balewa
- Rukuba Road
- Jenta Adamu
- Nigerian Police Headquarters
- Nigerian Prison Services
Engineers and technicians are working diligently to resolve the issue. The company assures customers that normal power supply will be restored as soon as maintenance work is completed.
