The attention of the Igbo Community Association have been drawn to the uncultured attitude and behaviour of some of its members one Chidi Onah aka Nwnrinri na Ikwo, an Aspirant for the Position of President General.

And Ralph Ogbodo an Aspirant also vrying for the position of 3rd Vice President General under Igbo Community Association (ICA) during the recent visit of his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang fondly known as the People’s Governor who paid a condolence visit to our dear beloved brother and a prominent critical stakeholder of the Igbo nation in Plateau State, Amb. Chief Dr. Nelson Uba Mkparu, CEO/Chairman of Nelmaco Global Resources Ltd., who recently lost his beloved wife, Mrs. Josephine Ifeoma Mkparu, to the glory of God.

It’s quite unfortunate that during the Condolence Visit by the state governor at the residence of Amb Chief Dr Nelson Uba Mkparu’s late wife Mrs Ifeoma Josephine Mkparu while the President General of the Association was making his vote of thanks. Ralph Ogbodo an Aspirant vrying for the position of 3rd Vice President General exhibited his mannerless behaviour by insulting and echoeing his Voice at the Amiable President General Chief Mike Okunonke Jp who has led the igbo Community in peace and harmony.

In another hand he alongside his Co host Chidi Onah embarrassed himself and the Community members by invading the Vehicle of his Excellency to do what only God knows. However for the timely intervention of the Governor’s Protocol Officers who would have dealth with him , and action that was uncalled, as desperation cannot lead to anyway.

It is in line with the unity and progress of the Igbo Community Association whose members needs to know the true picture of what transpired and to clear the air following the huge embarrassment their actions have caused the Association as Igbos are known for respect and orderliness.

In view of the above it is with ultimate pleasure we seek to advise the above-mentioned members to as matter of urgency apologise to the Association for the uncultured behaviour exhibited by them.

History has it that Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has once again demonstrated his deep compassion and unwavering love for the Igbo community. His visit was not just a condolence, but a reaffirmation of his solidarity with the Igbo people in the State.

It is worth recalling that His Excellency stood with us during the passing of our revered Igwe Chief Basil Udeaja III. His financial assistance and moral support during that difficult period spoke volumes of his humility and God-fearing nature.

Indeed, no Governor since the creation of Plateau State has shown the Igbo nation such heartfelt kindness, open heartedness, and unreserved support. For this, we say with all sincerity that their actions will be handled in the best interest of the association.

In this time of mourning,The Igbos are Saying to the Governor
we do appreciate you Sir.

Concerned Igbo Patriots.
