Tanimu Makaddas, the Chiefdom’s Secretary, reported that the incident occurred about 12:00am on Saturday when the terrorists invaded the neighbourhood.
The Angwanwaku community in the Kufana Chiefdom of Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been invaded by terrorists known locally as bandits who killed a villager while kidnapping 19 residents, including women.
Tanimu Makaddas, the Chiefdom’s Secretary, reported that the incident occurred about 12:00am on Saturday when the attackers invaded the neighbourhood.
The Secretary named the victims: Kukah Yari was slain and Abuki Dogo was injured in the incident.
Makadas, on the other hand, named those kidnapped as Yakubu Abba, Basiru Maiwada, Keziya Silas, Peace Silas, Lami Istifanus, Habila Musa, Bege Liazarus, Joshua Abuki, Juliana Habila, and Stella Yohanna.
Genesis Ezikiel, Deborah Ezikiel, Salomi Dutse, Rifkatu Zaphaniah, Tamar Liazarus, Ejah Habila, Rejoice Ezikeil, Catharine Silas, and Gundu Rubu are among those he mentioned.
The incident was not officially confirmed by the police or the state government.
