The Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has announced a slight change in the CBT examination schedule for teaching applicants under the HOPE-EDU recruitment programme.
According to the latest update, the Computer-Based Test for Jos South Local Government Area will now take place on Thursday, 7th August 2025 instead of the earlier scheduled Wednesday, 6th August 2025.
The venue for the Jos South examination remains Obasanjo Model Primary School, Hwolshe, and the exam will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
The adjustment was made due to logistical concerns, to ensure that all applicants have equal access to the examination process.
Meanwhile, other local government areas in the Plateau North Senatorial District will still hold their exams as earlier scheduled on Wednesday, 6th August 2025.
These LGAs include Bassa, Jos North, Jos East, Riyom, and Barkin Ladi, and candidates are to report to their previously designated centres.
All registered applicants are reminded to come with a fully charged Android phone with data and either a Voter’s Card or NIM registration number.
The Board regrets any inconvenience the change may cause and encourages applicants to take note of the revised date for Jos South.
