Following the court of appeal judgment that sacked 16 Plateau State House of Assembly Lawmakers of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in November, 2023 which set aside the tribunal’s verdict and ruled that The PDP members were not qualified to have contested the election, In a recent development, the sacked 16 PDP lawmakers have approached the court of appeal to have the earlier judgment set aside through the first indigenous Senior Advocate of Nigeria on the Plateau, Chief G.S Pwul (SAN) FCIArb.
