The Plateau Youth Council (PYC), Bokkos chapter, has paid a condolence visit to Rt. Hon. Titus Alams, Special Adviser on Workers Welfare and Corporate Affairs to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, following the passing of his beloved wife, Elder Mrs. Habibatu Titus Ayuba Alams.
The visit took place at the residence of the bereaved in Jos, with the delegation led by the PYC Deputy Chairman, Comrade Lekkes Raphael Dimas. The youth council came to express their sympathy and support during this difficult moment for the Alams family.

Speaking on behalf of the council, Comr. Dimas described the late Mrs. Alams as a virtuous woman who left behind a legacy of service and compassion. “We are deeply pained by this loss. Elder Mrs. Habibatu was not only a pillar in the Alams family but a mother figure to many of us. Her passing has created a vacuum that will be difficult to fill,” he stated.
He also assured Rt. Hon. Alams of the continuous prayers and support of the youth, urging him to draw strength from the good life his wife lived and the impact she made in the lives of others.
In his response, Rt. Hon. Titus Alams thanked the PYC Bokkos chapter for their heartfelt visit, describing it as a comforting reminder that the younger generation stands united in times of sorrow. “This visit by the youth council has touched me deeply. It is comforting to know that the younger generation stands with us in our time of pain. May God bless you all for this show of love and unity,” he said.

In a related development, the youth council also visited former Minority Leader of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon. Ishaku Maren, following his recent release by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The delegation, also led by Comr. Dimas, said the visit was to show solidarity and appreciation for his steadfast leadership.
During the visit, the youth commended Hon. Maren for his strength and integrity, affirming that he remains a trusted voice and role model to young people in the state.
Responding, Hon. Maren appreciated the gesture and said, “Your presence means a lot to me. It shows that our youths are not only watching but also standing for justice, truth, and loyalty. I am grateful for your support and prayers throughout this trying period.”
