Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, Ph.D., OON, the member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam (PKK) Federal Constituency, and the Chairman House Committee on Navy, has taken a significant step to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) in his constituency. He has covered the cost of PLASIEC forms for all APC candidates running in the upcoming Plateau State Local Government Elections scheduled for October.
Hon. Josiah Takora, Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) to Hon. Gagdi, announced this during a meeting with the APC flag bearers of PKK at the State party office on Monday, August 19, 2024.
This generous gesture ensures that the 58 APC councillorship candidates from the 58 state wards within the PKK constituency, as well as the 3 APC chairmanship candidates for Pankshin, Kanke, and Kanam, are fully supported ahead of the October elections.
The total amount paid by Hon. Gagdi for these forms was N42,000,000 (Forty-Two Million Naira). This contribution underscores his dedication to the success of the APC in Plateau State.
