The former member representing Jos South Jos East Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives Abuja, Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, came to the rescue of farmers in Godo, in Sabon Gida, in Kuru District of Jos South, by erosion control intervention.
The erosion is a threat to many families; hence, the families will be plunged into hunger due to the washing away of the farms. Speaking at the site of the construction, Hon. Bagos said it is his desire to always provide succor to communities, which is his ultimate motivation and purpose for joining politics.
While appreciating Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, Dalyop Ezekiel Nyako, BECO Chairman Kuru District, said this intervention is an answer to their prayers and a huge blessing to the farming community in Godo. Also speaking, Chappo Daniel ESQ, Secretary of the Kuru Development Association (KUDA), who spoke on behalf of the development association, could not hide his joy for the intervention, as farmers have suffered due to the overflow of Dam Godo.
The community leaders appreciate Hon. Bagos for coming to their by releasing funds to ensure the erosion si controlled immediately. Da Pius Gyang Jugu, acting Gwom Rwei Kuru, prayed blessings upon Hon. Bagos for coming to the aid of his community.
