The Christian community in Plateau State is preparing for a major spiritual event as Evangelist Daniel Du Toit, a disciple of the famous Reinhard Bonnke, will lead the Jos Jesus Crusade. The event is scheduled to hold from 17th to 21st December 2025, at St. John’s College, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily, and entry is free for all.

This was made known in a press briefing at St. John’s College Jos. The crusade is organized by Take The Nations in partnership with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Plateau State. Its aim is to bring people closer to Jesus, unite Christians across denominations, and create a lasting spiritual impact on the city.

Evangelist Joshua Mape, Secretary of the Central Planning Committee, said Evangelist Daniel Du Toit has ministered in 27 countries and has a strong record of successful crusades. He prayed specifically for Nigeria for five years and has previously led crusades in Offa, Ede, and Ile Ife. This year, he is bringing the ministry to northern Nigeria, with Jos as the next city to experience the outpouring of God’s Spirit.

Take The Nations crusades have recorded remarkable testimonies, including healings of the blind and lame, raising of the dead, and miraculous blessings for children. Organizers expect the Jos crusade to be a major event with widespread spiritual impact.

Several preparatory events are scheduled to mobilize believers and prepare the city spiritually. These include a Women’s Conference on 13th December, a Ministers’ Conference from 18th to 20th December, daily publicity rallies, and two Jesus Marches on 10th and 17th December.

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Secretary, Pastor Julius Arabo, said preparations are well underway. Volunteers, prayer coordinators, and other helpers will be trained ahead of the event, with a special session scheduled for Saturday, 29th November, at St. John’s Collage Jos.

The crusade aims to bring people closer to Christ, promote peace, and offer spiritual healing across the community. It will also focus on empowering black women, restoring their image, and promoting confidence in their identity. The event is open to all residents, and families, youth, and volunteers are encouraged to participate.

Several of Nigeria’s most anointed gospel ministers, including Mallam Razphil, will lead worship sessions every night. Attendees can expect powerful praise, deep worship, and an atmosphere for miracles, revival, and personal encounters with God.
