The President of the African Youth Movement (AYM), Amb. Abraham Micah Gujahar, has expressed deep appreciation to members, supporters, and partners of the movement for their unwavering trust and commitment to the organization’s vision.

In an official appreciation letter dated November 8, 2025, Gujahar said he was humbled by the continued confidence shown in his leadership and the collective drive of young Africans working toward unity and progress.
“With a heart full of gratitude and humility, I wish to express my profound appreciation to every member, supporter, and partner of the African Youth Movement (AYM) for your unwavering trust, commitment, and encouragement,” the statement read.
He emphasized that the movement’s success has been made possible through teamwork and a shared passion for youth empowerment, innovation, and development across the continent.
“Your confidence in my leadership as President is both an honour and a responsibility that I hold dearly. Together, we stand united by a shared vision—to empower African youth, promote innovation, and build a continent driven by purpose, unity, and progress,” he added.
The AYM president also acknowledged the contributions of founding members, executives, and regional coordinators for their sacrifices and dedication to the group’s mission over the years.
“I deeply appreciate the efforts of our founding members, executives, regional coordinators, and volunteers whose sacrifices have sustained this movement. To our partners and sponsors, your continuous support and belief in the potential of African youth remain the pillars of our success,” Gujahar stated.
He concluded by urging everyone to remain united in advancing the organization’s mission of inspiring change and creating opportunities for a more prosperous Africa.
