The Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) has re-elected Rev. Dr. Amos Mohzo as its President.
Rev. Dr. Mohzo, who hails from Borno State, secured another term to continue leading one of Nigeria’s largest Christian denominations.
His re-election follows a successful first tenure marked by remarkable progress in education, institutional growth, and partnership building.
During his first term, he leveraged his previous experience as General Secretary and Vice President of COCIN to strengthen the church’s vision and internal structures.
He also deepened the church’s collaboration with the University of Jos, focusing on the advancement of Karl Kumm University—an institution founded by COCIN to promote Christian values and academic excellence.
Under his leadership, COCIN has continued to expand its influence in theological education, health, and social development across Nigeria and beyond.
Members and leaders of the church have expressed confidence that his renewed tenure will further consolidate the achievements of the past years.
