The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has officially announced the relocation of its office to a new permanent site known as the “Green House” — the former Presidential Lodge located along Liberty Boulevard, before T.T. & T. Junction in Jos.

According to a statement signed by the Executive Secretary, Alhaji Daiyabu Dauda, the relocation marks a new chapter in the Board’s efforts to enhance service delivery and administrative efficiency.

The relocation ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the new office complex. Members of the public and stakeholders have been invited to witness the event and join in prayers for the success of the Board in its new location.

The Executive Secretary, alongside the Board Chairman, Alhaji Daladi Kwari, members of the Board, directors, and staff, extended warm appreciation to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, for his continued support and visionary leadership.

“The Board wishes to express its profound appreciation and gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb M. Mutfwang, under the visionary mantra ‘The Time Is Now,’” the statement read.

It further assured the Governor and people of the state of the Board’s unwavering commitment to align with the government’s developmental agenda for a prosperous Plateau.

“We hereby reaffirm to His Excellency the Board’s dedication to supporting the successful implementation of the administration’s policies and programmes,” the statement added.

The Board also expressed gratitude to the government and citizens of Plateau State for their continuous support, promising to uphold transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all operations.

The relocation is expected to improve accessibility and provide a more conducive environment for pilgrims and stakeholders engaging with the Board.
