The Executive Chairman of Bassa Local Government Council (LGC), Hon. Dr. Joshua Sunday Riti, has made a significant decision to enhance the efficiency of his administration by appointing Mr. Kanzah Abel Daniel Kingson as the new Director of Research, Planning, and Documentation. This strategic appointment aims to inject fresh ideas into the system and strengthen the council’s operations.
Mr. Kanzah Abel Daniel Kingson brings with him a wealth of experience and academic qualifications. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Environmental Health and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Disaster Management from the University of Keffi, Nasarawa State. A native of Bakin-Kogi Ward, Lemoro District in Pengana Chiefdom, Bassa LGA, Kanzah’s educational background equips him with the skills needed for his new role.
Prior to his appointment, Kanzah served as a Legislative Aide to Mrs. Akawu, a former member representing Pengana State Constituency at the Plateau State House of Assembly. In addition, Kanzah is known for his active involvement in social media, where he has been an advocate for various social issues.
The appointment is effective immediately, and it is expected that Mr. Kanzah will contribute significantly to the development of Bassa LGA through research and planning initiatives.
In a statement released by Maly Moses, Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman, he congratulated Mr. Kanzah on his new role and expressed confidence in his ability to deliver on the responsibilities entrusted to him.
