Arsenal manager, Unai Emery has disclosed what playmaker, Mesut Ozil, must do to start playing again for the Gunners.

Emery said Ozil needs to find more consistency on the field and off it in order to force his way back into his starting XI.

He stated this on Wednesday ahead of Arsenal’s UEFA Europa League second-leg tie with BATE Borisov on Thursday.

“The key is in his [Ozil] hands. He is working very well this week,” Emery was quoted by Metro UK as saying.

“I ask him in our conversation for consistency, to be available for us for training, when you can train consistently you can help us with your best performance in the games.

“This week has been good for all the players. I am looking at him doing the training like we want.

“He needs to be available consistently for training, without the injuries, without the sickness. Without that we cannot see the best Mesut with us.”
