Mrs. Svetlana Alexandrovna, The General Manager of Crispan Suites and Event Center made this known on Tuesday, 30th January, 2024 during an inaugural meeting with Newsmen at the prestigious Diamond Hall of Crispan Hotel Yingi Jos, Plateau State.

While addressing members of the press, Mrs. Alexandrovna, boastfully said that the renowned hospitality industry, Crispan, is currently one of the best because of its exceptional services delivery they provided to their guests and the assurance of utmost security. aiming to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the Plateau’s hospitality industry.

The Managing director stated that “While the security challenges in parts of the state have reduced tourist inflow, thereby impacting the hospitality industry, we want people to know that Plateau State is not as portrayed in the media,” Mrs. Alexandrovna stated. “Despite the security challenges, there are numerous attractions and positive aspects of Plateau State that can be showcased to the world.”

She emphasised the influence of headlines on the hotel’s operations, citing cases in which reservations were cancelled because of heightened security fears brought on by the publicity.

The hotel’s sales manager, Mr. Ibrahim Babila Gande, underlined the establishment’s dedication to providing visitors with comfort and security. He gave the public the assurance that security measures are given first priority at Crispan Suits and Event Centre, and people with dubious backgrounds are not welcomed.

Mrs. Alexandrovna added that the hotel works with traditional security firms to improve security protocols in addition to its internal security setup.
