The Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Plateau State Chapter, has announced the opening of its newly equipped recording studio, offering artists and creatives free access to professional-grade production facilities.
The development, led by PMAN Governor Comr. Gabriel Hodus, popularly known as El’more, is being celebrated as a major boost to the music and entertainment industry in Plateau State.
According to an official announcement signed by Comr. Christopher H. Deshe, Secretary of the PMAN Plateau Chapter, the facility is fully available at no cost to members who have completed their registration and paid their annual dues.
The studio is stocked with high-end equipment, including 2020 and 2015 MacBooks, a 45-inch 4K Sony display, Apollo x8 UAD audio interface, Manley preamp, TAK 55 and SE condenser microphones, M-audio soundcard, MIDI keyboard, studio monitors, and other professional accessories.
PMAN described the studio as a “game-changing resource” designed to empower producers, singers, and creatives, while raising the industry’s production standards across the state.
The leadership emphasized that the facility is strictly for PMAN members. “This studio is exclusively for PMAN members who’ve paid their dues. Not a member yet? Join now and unlock access,” the announcement stated.
The association encouraged emerging and established artists to take advantage of the opportunity to create, collaborate, and elevate the Plateau creative space.
PMAN added that membership registration is ongoing, urging interested creatives to reach out for immediate enrollment.
With the opening of the studio, the Plateau Chapter reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the entertainment ecosystem and providing platforms that support growth and professional development for musicians.
