Langtang North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Pirfa Jingfa Tyem, has approved key appointments to strengthen his administration and ensure better service delivery. The appointments, which take effect immediately, were announced on January 23, 2025.
Shalkur Haruna Mamdam has been appointed as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman, while Sanda Lungfa Emmanuel will serve as the Director of Research and Documentation. Ponsah Bali has been named Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties.
The appointments were confirmed in a public notice issued by Danjuma Gwamzhi, Secretary to the Council, on behalf of the Executive Chairman.
The appointees are expected to contribute to the effective coordination of the council’s activities, enhancing governance in Langtang North.
