Former Real Madrid player, Gareth Bale has reportedly signed a contract with the MLS side, Los Angeles FC on a one-year deal.

The news was confirmed on the official website of the Athletic on Saturday, June 25th, 2022. According to reports, the Wales player has an option to extend the contract by 18 months.

The 32-year-old will be out of contract with Real Madrid on June 30th, 2022, he scored 106 goals in 256 appearances, winning three La Liga titles, a Copa del Rey and five Champions Leagues.

Bale was also a key part of the Wales national team that qualified for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup for the first time in 64 years.
