The Gunners travel to Sheffield United, Chelsea are away to Leicester City and Newcastle United host Manchester City.
The draw for the semi-finals will take place during half-time of the Newcastle vs City quarter-final.
The semi-finals will be played at Wembley and will take place across the weekend of July 18-19.
