The APC House of Representative Candidate, Jos South/Jos East constituency and former Commissioner for Works Plateau State, Hon. Pam Dongs has withdrawn his petition challenging the declaration of Rep. Dachung Bagos as the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Hon. Pam Dongs had earlier challenged the election of Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos of the PDP who won with over 90,000 votes margin in the last elections.

At the hearing, the Petitioners, APC and Dongs sent an application seeking to withdraws their petition, the tribunal granted their application and dismissed the petition before it.
